Simon Lextrait

Simon Lextrait is a contemporary brand taking an optimistic look at the ordinary. Exploring connections between nature and cultures, Lextrait’s designs are delving into the trivialities of the everyday and guided by the observation of social behaviors and archetypal clothes. His collections are both a reaction and a response to the designer’s surroundings, featuring deconstructed forms and geometric cuts, innovative materials and pragmatic pieces with a romantic soul. Simon was born and grew up in Ardèche, South of France. He studied Fashion Design at the Haute Ecole d’Art et de Design in Geneva (CH) and the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam (NL).
